What is “Developing a Team of Innovation Hackers: How to enable teams to think creatively and innovate effectively”?
This course is designed for business owners and middle managers of private enterprises and public sector organisations who would like to empower their teams to work more innovatively and create a work environment which encourages creativity and innovation.

What on earth is “an innovation hacker”?!
An innovation hacker is a term, developed by The Ideas People, to refer to “a talented individual who enjoys finding and experimenting with better ways to do things – for the benefit of business, society and the world”.  We think that the workforce should be full of innovation hackers!

Who’s facilitating the course?
You’re in good hands.  This course is designed and delivered by Clare Griffiths and Sam Zubaidi.  Clare is an award-winning enterprise educator and university lecturer with 10 years’ experience of delivering business support and development, working with private businesses (ranging from choreographers to printing companies) as well as large public sector organisations.  Sam is a social entrepreneur who spent 3 years working at a highly creative and profitable company in the private sector, before launching PricePie, an innovative and ground-breaking social enterprise.  His interest and experience lies in ethical and effective people management.

Yes.  The course is one-day long, and typically runs from 9:30am to 4:30pm.  The course can be delivered in-house, or at a convenient location near your workplace.  We charge £220 per person (with a minimum group size of 6 and a maximum size of 15).  This price includes our handy take-away innovation management workbook which you can revisit once you’re back in the workplace.
